The teaching projects for food education are the results of commitment by the Istituto Nutrizionale Carapelli to scientific research and diffusion of the nutrition importance of olive oil and, more in general, of a correct diet.Since 2007, the Istituto Nutrizionale Carapelli has systematically and continually promoted various educational projects in schools, aiming to spread the principles of a healthy, correct diet and in-depth knowledge of the world of oil, in particular of extra virgin olive oil.
